Paper submission system is now available via EDAS.
ISCIT 2026 accepts paper submissions in PDF format through the online system only. Each manuscript is limited to six pages in total, including figures, tables, and references.
Authors should prepare their manuscripts using the official IEEE templates , and all PDFs must pass IEEE Xplore compliance checks via PDF eXpress before submission.
After the review process, notification decisions from the Technical Program Committee will be sent by e-mail. The preliminary conference program will also be announced online.
For accepted papers, authors must upload a final camera-ready PDF (also verified through PDF eXpress) and complete the IEEE Copyright Form online. The final manuscript must still comply with the six-page limit.
English is the official language of ISCIT 2026 and will be used for all presentations and conference materials.
